Orders & pricing
Orders are subject to acceptance, availability and stock. Prices and applicable delivery fees are displayed before an order is submitted. Errors may be corrected, with affected customers notified before fulfilment.
Payments
Cash on delivery is available only when offered at checkout. Online payments, when enabled, are processed by authorised payment providers. DBOI does not store full card details.
Delivery
Delivery estimates depend on the destination and fulfilment arrangements. Charges are shown at checkout. Contact the team for delivery concerns.
Returns & refunds
Contact DBOI promptly about damaged, incorrect or missing goods. Requests will be reviewed subject to product safety, applicable consumer rights and the published return policy. Statutory rights are not excluded. Final return windows and refund timelines require brand confirmation.
Coupons, offers & loyalty
Offers may have specific validity periods, eligibility requirements, limited quantities and usage restrictions. Loyalty points and rewards are subject to the earning and redemption rules displayed at the time. Points are not cash and do not earn interest.
Accounts & responsibility
Keep your account access secure and your delivery information current. Notify the team if you suspect unauthorised account activity.
Intellectual property
The DBOI name, logos, brand assets and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised commercial use is prohibited.
Important information / storage & consumption
Follow manufacturer-approved instructions printed on the label. Do not consume a product with a damaged seal. Ingredients, allergens, nutrition and product-specific consumption warnings must be confirmed by the manufacturer before publication. No unsupported claims about temperature or sunlight are made here.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits non-excludable consumer protections. Any other limitation must be fair and enforceable under applicable Indian law.
Changes to terms
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be reflected on this page. The terms applying when an order is placed govern that order, subject to applicable law.
